Hail Christ!
I want to spill a few, of the beans, to you, about horoscope signs in mundane astrology.
The hypothetical planet, that has been called "Hades", has been misnamed. One of its true names is "Surt". This planet lately entered the sign of the Crab, and there has been a lot of hullaballoo about it, in the network of starry lawyers (astro = "starry" logers = "lawyers").
The sign, of Cancer, rules white people, and the sign, of Gemini, rules monkeys and apes. Surt is a malefic. Thus, when it was in Gemini, monkeys and apes suffered harm, except when Surt was in mutual reception by rulership or exaltation.
In case you are new, let me resplain that one, to you. Essential dignity means, that a planet becomes better, because of the sign, that it is in. There are several kinds, but 2 of them are more important than the others. When a planet is in a sign, that it rules, it becomes more benefic. There is another category, called the sign of its exaltation.
I might be wron about this, because it is too soon, but I suspect that Surt is exalted in Gemini. Does that mean it becomes a good planet for apes and monkeys, when it is in Gemini? I don't think so. Surt rules black people, so it would be good for black people when it is in Gemini, but probably bad for apes and monkeys.
If you want to research, you would have to go back over the news for the past 30 years, to see about the history of apes and monkeys, and of black people.
However, other planets have been also in Gemini, to with, Ishtar and Wotan. Wotan has been misnamed with the Greek word for time, "Kronos", but that is not its real name.
When Surt and Wotan were both in Gemini, there would have been both good and bad for apes and monkeys.
Let's get back to mutual reception. In some kinds of astrology, you use only mutual reception by rulership. In horary astrology, for instance.
Thus, Surt rules Virgo, and is in Gemini. Mercury rules Gemini. If Mercury is in Virgo, while Surt is in Gemini, then they are in mutual reception, by rulership.
Durin that time, while Mercury were in Virgo, the harm done to monkeys and apes, by Surt, would stop.
The sign of Cancer rules white folks. I mean WHITE, with almost no dermal melanin, with blue eyes, and usually blond hairs. Some folks are mixed, but predominantly white, they probably fall under the sign of Cancer also, some of their forebears were white.
Now, when Surt leaves its exaltation in Gemini, and enters Cancer, it is bad for black people, because their planet is no longer in exaltation. Since Surt is a malefic planet, it is also bad for white people, because Surt is now in their sign. It is good for monkeys and apes.
The effect upon white people begins in the last 3 degrees of Gemini, so lon as Surt is direct. While it is retrograde in those degrees, it does not affect the sign of Cancer.
Surt in Cancer will be bad also for crabs and frogs, which are ruled by Cancer. 3 other slow planets are in the sign: Ishtar, Thor (which has been misnamed "Vulkanos"), and Wotan. Also "Cosmos", which is in its fall there, has been in 6-7 degrees of Cancer for hundred years or so. That one has to do with UFOlogy, and hypnotically suggested abductions, by MK Ultra and other such programs.
Cosmos might be a benefic, but, since it is in its fall, it is malefic. Ishtar and Thor are malefics. Thus, the white people have been becomin almost extinct in the last few hundred years, the percentages are down from about 1/3 of the Earth's population to less than 10 per cent. Frogs and crabs have suffered similarly.
The rock'n'roll phenomenon became significant to white people, as Thor entered Cancer, and can, thus, be judged to be detrimental to their well bein. It will start to peter out when Thor reaches 27 degrees, and will end as Thor will be established in Leo.
Let's get back to mutual reception. If I am right, then Surt is exalted in Gemini. Let's suppose that it is. Surt rules Virgo. Surt is in Cancer. A planet, that is exalted in Gemini, is in Cancer. Now, if a benefic, that is exalted in Cancer, will be in Gemini, then the bad effects will be stopped for that while.
Jupiter is exalted in Cancer. Therefore, while Jupiter will be in Gemini, it will be in mutual reception with Surt, by exaltation (but only if I am not wron about Surt's exaltation sign). Then the bad effects of Surt and of Ishtar will end. Ishtar is exalted in Gemini also.

Here is an important point for you students. I have checked this very carefully. The time and place: I used to painstakinly get the asker to write down the time and place when they decided to ask the question. This is accordin to some old books.
But I found out it is your own place and the time when you decide you are goin to look at the chart. My asker gave no time, and I didn't need one. I decided to look at the chart at 1:15 a.m. EDST on May 6 2008 in Fort Ashby WV.
Because of computer memory limitations, I am goin to post this now so I can open up the program that has the question in it, then I'll come to back and update this post with the question, the answer, and the analysis of how did I get the answer. Stand by.
OK I have come to back. Here is the question:"Hello! Thanks for payiing me attention. So my question is when will I go to England to work as a recepcionist? Which month will I get the contract?"
The asker's name appears to be female, and some of the letterin appears to be cyrillic, so I s'pose it is a Russian gal, but I don't know this for sure.The asker's rulers are Jupiter, Nef Tunis, and the Fart of Portune, all of which are in the first house; also Ascendant, Moon, and Saturn, which rules the first house.
The job is ruled by Mars, lord of the tenth, and Saturn, the natural ruler of employment.
There are 2 connections betweent the asker's rulers and Mars, the ruler of the job: Mars is contraparallell to the ascendant, and Moon is sextile to Mars.
The contraparallel of Mars would mean that she has the job almost immediately (parallels are immediate) if Mars is in good condition, and that she is denied the job if Mars is in bad condition.
Mars is in its fall, which is bad, and is Mars, a malefic planet, which is bad, but rules an angular house, which is good for a malefic planet.I have to reckon Mars to be more malefic than benefic in this chart, so if she even gets the job, it will be very unpleasant for her. But this is not my final conclusion, I am only tellin to you my thinkin process. Let's see if some other planet aspects Mars or ascendant before the parallel will be partile.
Meanwhile the Moon sextile to Mars says that she can get the job if she makes extra effort, because sextiles require effort or else they won't work for you.
Also, Mars is in a late degree, which means the job ends soon after it begins.
I haven't finished analyzin the chart yet, but so far we have 2 conflictin testimonies. Moon is angular and fixed, which means months, 2 degrees from Mars, 2 months. Moon is in north latitude, so it is less than 2 months, between 6 and 8 weeks, but only if she makes an extra effort.
Mars contraparallell is right now or immediately, so immediately she loses the job, and in 6 -8 weeks she might be able to get it, but it won't last long.
But wait there is more comin.OK here I am back again, I just put the picture of the chart into here (above).
Now I think there are more people involved in this matter than just herself and the employer, because the first house is very complex, take a look at it. It is hard to say just which planet specifically rules herself and which rule other players in the drama. I do not have a cast of characters for this one, but there are quite a few of them involved.
Jupiter for one; it is conjunct the ascendant, still in the first house within 5 degrees behind the cusp. Both Jupiter and Mars are in fall, which means they are not "on the up-and-up", not "up-front", not straightforward.
It will be very interestin if I can get her to comment on this chart and tell us who the other players are, and how "off" my analysis might be.
Meanwhile there is another planet I would like to look at, it is the black moon Lilith, and it is radical, since it rules the first house and is in the tenth (the job). Lilith rules atheists, anti-christians, satanists, witches, sorcerers, reptilians, CIA, freemasons, jews, demons, and so forth.
The interpretation of Lilith in a house is to deny what is wished for in that house. In other words, it may mean that she doesn't get the job, or it may mean that, if she gets it, she doesn't get what she wanted from it.
However if she is a person ruled by Lilith, such as an atheist, it could be favorable for her to get the job IF IT IS IN GOOD ASPECTS WITH THE OTHER SIGNIFICATORS.
It is not. Lilith is in square to Mars. This is a sign that some person in this drama, who is ruled by Lilith, will not be able to get the job.
BUT...Lilith and Pluto are in mutual reception. Pluto also rules the 10th IF IT IS INVOLVED WITH SIGNIFICATORS. Lilith is a significator because it rules the 1st house.
Planets beyond Saturn - and this is also true of asteroids - do not rule stuff unless they are connected with the significators of the people involved in the action, or unless they are conjunct the ruler of the matter; OR if they specifically rule the matter, such as Pluto rulin espionage or Ceres rulin animal husbandry, for examples.
This mutual reception shows an agreement or cooperation between the Lilith person, and someone in the underworld, or an undercover agent.
However the agent or underworld figure does not fulfill the expected or hoped for exchange or benefit, because Pluto is retrograde.
Possibly this mutual involvement could lead to confinement or a very private situation for the Lilith person, because Lilith also rules the 12 th house, where Pluto is located. I know this is vague, but it might be more meaninful for the lady who asked the question, than it is for you or me.Lilith in the 10th also means that someone NOT ruled by Lilith will not be satisfied if they do get the job; or that they may not get it at all.
Bottom line, if I have to make a simple answer: Moon hits Mars by sextile before Mars hits ascendant. Therefore take the aspect of Moon to Mars for the answer, because it hinders and frustrates the contraparallel.
Also, whatever Lilith is involved in, is about to end, as Lilith is in the last 3 degrees of a sign.
She will get the job in 6-8 weeks only if she makes the extra effort. That is the simple answer.
